Megan was very nice and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She even went above and beyond and helped provide a doctors note for me to share as I had to cancel a big trip due to my unexpected surgery. The doctors note helps me get back some refunds of my cancelled trip. Additionally, the great patient care made me feel confident and secure in my recovery at Piedmont.
