She was extremely nice and calming. She took the time to draw things for me to explain exactly what is happening and where we needed to proceed to figure it out. She told me what it wasn,Äôt so that I didn,Äôt worry about those things and assured me not to worry until we knew what we are dealing with. She never made it feel like she was rushing and listened to everything and asked questions of me as well. Very very pleased.
