My appointment was at 4:15. The doctor was in the room at 4:15. He answered all the questions to where I can understand what he was talking about and I would recommend anyone that,Äôs having problems with their foot or ankle to my doctor doctor Kaufman.

Friendly staff overall. Dr. Richard Kaufman was certainly prepared ahead of my visit with respect to my medical history yet offered me the opportunity to tell all in my own words. Dr. Kaufman is an excellent listener, very knowledgeable, exudes high competence and very thorough in explaining anatomically the surgical process, the time line for pre- and post-op and preempted peripheral issues I could never have guessed. He showed a genuine interest in reassuring me in answering all my concerns and questions.
